B1a4 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using b1a4's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set out herein.
These terms apply to all b1a4 users in Malaysia. Last updated: 2026.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the b1a4 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use b1a4's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and b1a4 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use b1a4's services. This platform is not intended for minors, and b1a4 reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials. b1a4 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from the user's own negligence.
Responsibilities & Prohibitions
Users are prohibited from using the b1a4 platform for any unlawful activity, including money laundering or fraud. The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised tools to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
Users are not permitted to share their account with others, sell or transfer their account to another person, or use another person's account credentials. Any violation may result in immediate account termination.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the b1a4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and belong to them personally. b1a4 does not accept payments on behalf of third parties.
Deposits will be credited to the user's account once payment is confirmed through a supported channel. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. b1a4 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals are subject to a verification process that may require proof of identity. b1a4 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals while verification is carried out, for fraud prevention and compliance purposes. Any suspicious transaction activity will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
All credits and balances in a b1a4 account are for use within the platform only and may not be transferred or sold to any other party. b1a4 reserves the right to void any promotion or bonus where there is evidence of misuse or system manipulation.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability

B1a4 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any user account found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, abusing promotions, or threatening the integrity of the platform.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting b1a4's support team. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded upon completion of the verification process, subject to compliance with the applicable conditions.
Platform Liability Limitation
B1a4 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses suffered by users as a result of service interruptions, technical errors, or circumstances beyond our control, including third-party system outages.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. b1a4 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors or interruptions at all times. Users are advised not to rely solely on the platform for critical financial decisions.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Privacy
All content on the b1a4 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of b1a4 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent from b1a4.
The b1a4 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. b1a4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users access external links at their own risk.
The collection and use of users' personal data is governed by b1a4's separate Privacy Policy. By using this platform, users consent to the processing of their data as described in that policy, in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
Term Amendments & Governing Law
B1a4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Material changes to these terms will be communicated via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the b1a4 platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
